PRO SHOP HOURS AND TEE TIMES

Irish O’Reilly, Bill Peterson and Dave Nelson are in the pro shop daily for those who want to play or just to visit. You can also reacquaint yourselves with our veterans returning this season – Marilyn Maropoulos, Bill Breeden, Penny Mosley, Miriam Pignatiello, and Carlyle Weber. The earliest week day tee times will be 7 AM and 6:30 AM on the weekends.

REGULAR SEASON RATES

Our 2012 Regular Season Rates went into effect on April 1. Check them out on our website mantenogolf.com. Come out and enjoy the sunshine and green grass. The driving range is open; $4 for a small bucket (35 golf balls) and $8 for a large bucket (70 golf balls).

MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH

You don’t want to miss this!!!! Come celebrate Mother’s Day with an all you can eat brunch. Brunch will be served on Sunday, May 13, 2012, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The cost for the event is $19.95 per adult, $10.95 for children age 5 to 10, and children under 5 are free. Mothers will receive a 50% discount. CRAZY THURSDAY

Crazy Thursday is here!!! You can play 18 holes with a cart for $20 (replay for cart fee is available) every Thursday this season. Because of league play on Thursday afternoon, however, we can guarantee a full 18 only up to 2:00 PM.

GOLF LESSONS AVAILABLE AT MANTENO GOLF CLUB AND LEARNING CENTER

Golf lessons are available at Manteno Golf Club and Learning Center for the beginner, average, or advanced player. Golfers can be young or old, male or female. Lessons can be private, semi-private, or small group. Pro shop manager, Bill Peterson, is the instructor. Our price is $40 per hour for non-members and $30 per hour for members. YOUTH GOLF LESSON PROGRAM

Bill Peterson, pro shop manager and golf instructor, has set the dates for our annual youth golf lessons. The lessons will be given on June 7, 8, 14, and 15. The program includes a series of four one hour lessons and nine holes of golf on the final day for $35. Youth golfers will be divided into groups by age. Ages 9 and under will meet at 9:00 AM; 10 to 13 will meet at 10:30 AM; and 14 to 18 will meet at 12:00 PM. The Manteno Township Board has provided scholarships for children of needy families. Wednesday Night Men started on April 18.
Thursday Night Hackers started on April 12.
Thursday Night River Valley / Manteno Christian Churches started on April 26.
